LaKisha (Kisha) brings over 25 years of experience in Accounting & Finance. She has held corporate controller and other leadership roles with both private and public companies. In these roles, she was responsible for global leadership and oversight for external & internal management reporting, technical accounting matters, development of new accounting policies, internal controls and the consolidations process. Kisha utilizes her extensive experience in accounting for business combinations, debt, derivatives, leases, and revenue recognition to help management understand the accounting implications of these unique business transactions.
In addition to her technical accounting expertise, Kisha possesses a continuous improvement mindset that has resulted in hands-on experience with project management and implementing ERP and CPM solutions.
Kisha holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a management minor, from the University of Michigan. She is also an active CPA in the State of Ohio.
In her down time, Kisha enjoys gardening, traveling, and cheering on the Cleveland Cavs.
